Then this is the place for you.
Being creative in a space with other people supports nervous system and mental health.
Being lovingly witnessed on your creative journey leads to expansion, self-trust and sustained creative flow.
Work on ANY Creative Projects:
• Work on whatever creative project is calling you.
Strengthen Your Connection to Your True Creativity:
• Use the tools and build on what you learnt from the InFlowPainting Process (if you have done this with Brenda)
Use Intentions and Trust Intuition:
• We’ll work with a prompt each week to guide our creative session.
Connect with Lovely Humans:
• With small, intimate groups, we get to talk and connect with each other before we go into a dedicated time of silent creating.
Work In Silence (or not):
• I encourage working in silence if you want to deepen your relationship with yourself and use the tools we explore in InFlowPainting Process. (But if music or talking to yourself is how you want to work on any given day – you have the freedom to choose – we mute our zoom call while we are creating.)
• Seek Feedback (or Not):
Share your creation or keep it close. The choice is yours.
• Receive Non-Judgmental Impressions:
Here, we honor vulnerability and follow our community guidelines.
• Practice being ‘in flow’:
What does your intuition guide you to work on today?
If we want to change anything, or learn anything – we have to practice.
Like going to yoga, or the gym, or language classes,
having a regular commitment to consistently show up sustains your practice and makes you better at it.
Making this commitment to yourself
will improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing,
and keep you connected to your creative spirit.
It will help you to sustain your flow - in your life and in your art (whatever form that takes)
Whether you are a professional artist, or you dabble in creative activities, if you want to enliven your creative output, this supportive, non-judgmental community space will keep you connected to the impulse of joy that you get when you create.
You will also make friends with a soulful group of people from across the globe. We are growing a wonderful, caring creative community.
It will become a place where you feel you belong.
(You can subscribe as a regular member, join for one month at a time, or drop in when you want to - we're in the Zoom studio every week.)
These regular InFlow sessions have calmed my brain. It allows me to focus on the joy of the process of creating - and not to worry about the end-product, or if someone else is going to like it, or if it will sell. The process gives me permission to not have to think about what I have to do - and 'just do'. It has made me more in tune with what I need to feel and opens me to a lot of emotions that I would otherwise suppress or put elsewhere. Having somewhere safe to put my emotions and process my thoughts is changing what I'm putting out. People close to me have noticed the change, and tell me to 'go paint'." ~ Edie
"How blessed we are to have this space. Thank you Brenda, for the wise, gentle and compassionate way in which you guided us today. I think big shifts are occurring on a global scale, and experiences such as our class tonight help to make sense of the painful reality." ~ Magdaleen
“Weekly InFlowCREATE sessions are dedicated time for me to just be creative for the sake of my mind and body health, because in the day-to-day, especially with small kids, it’s hard to set aside time and claim it as one’s own. It really is a wonderful choreographed amount of time to really get in the flow, and get out and reap those benefits.”- Heather
