“It was when I stopped searching for home within others, and lifted the foundations of home within myself I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole” ~ Rupi Kaur

The thing I know to be true, is that connecting to our bodies and our True Creativity is the MOST healing thing we can do for ourselves. It was life changing for me when I learnt how to reconnect with my innate wisdom. I’ve witnessed many people with very busy minds and perfectionistic tendencies transform their relationship with themselves, their health, and with others, by reconnecting to their bodies and their innate creativity. The results I see in my clients is that they feel calmer in their nervous system, have a sense of freedom from their busy minds, and are able to gain more clarity about who they really are at the very deepest level. They learn to trust themselves more, and I would love for you to have the same experience. (Note: creativity has NOTHING to do with artistic talent!)

I am intensely passionate about creating space for people to get calm and grounded, and reconnected to themselves so that they can function more wholeheartedly, without feeling depleted.

I love to share the tools that I have found helpful in my own life, and have studied, with others, to find more peace, self-acceptance and joy in life, and to avoid burnout.

I spent a lot of my adult life disconnected from my body, working in creative industries, living from my head, not my heart, and striving to ‘get it right’ at all costs.

I studied Fine Art at a prestigious university, but didn’t complete the degree. Friends watched from the outside, and thought I had a fabulous life, working in theatre, television, art. But honestly, those environments killed my creativity, and stopped my connection to my internal flow, because I was not connected to ‘myself’.

I reached burnout.

What transformed my life from the inside out, was reconnecting to the body I had neglected for 20 years in loving ways, and learning to listen to the deeper wisdom inside me that I never knew was there.

I felt like I had come home.

I transformed my relationship to my body through healing dance and Kahuna Bodywork.

I healed my broken relationship with ‘academic art’, when I learnt to access my ‘true creativity’ from deep within.

I changed my thoughts about what ‘perfection’ meant to me, when I discovered the power of intuitive creative practices, which I now teach to people like you.

But the biggest shift for me, with all these experiences, was that I became acutely aware of my inner thoughts and patterns, and learnt that I had an opportunity to change them.

By learning to trust my body’s wisdom and my own intuition, the journey of flow opened up to me, and my whole life began to move and change. . . for the better.

As a massage therapist and artist, I understand the link between the mind, the body and innate creativity.

I know how fear shuts down the whole body-system, and I know how to re-establish flow in the body.

As a ‘flow-facilitator” and modern-day shaman, I facilitate beauty-filled, gentle, creative spaces for people like you to learn to become your own “flow facilitator”, because I believe that the more we are following our own flow and trusting our intuition, the more energy we have for life, and the more in love we can be with ourselves and our lives. When we love ourselves more, we love others better.

And when we love others better, we can make the world a more loving place.

I have dedicated the last eighteen years of my life, learning how to love myself more, and go with my flow, sharing the tools I have learnt to transform the lives of people like you, who know deep down that there is another way of being in the world, and who, like me, want to find, and sustain, a sense of living life with more ease in their bodies and minds. . . so that they can give to others from a place of fullness, without depleting their own resources.

The work I offer is not therapy, rather, it’s an opportunity to reconnect to your body as the vehicle in which you navigate this earth,  and to use it to connect to your inner wisdom that is your intuition.  It’s an opportunity to open the doors to your creative nature and find creative solutions for your life.

My invitation to you is to join the journey to meet yourself, find your flow, and create a life of more clarity, creativity, acceptance, love, health, possibility. . .   and flow.

What if you could, in each moment, see when you were judging yourself, and shift your thinking to ask the question that would change your thoughts?

What if you could shift and change in a moment, to adapt to what is being asked of you from the outside world, because you know yourself so well, and have the tools to go with the flow?

What if you could truly sit with yourself, with all your flaws, and say ‘I love you’?

How would that change everything for you?

The thing I know to be true is that our bodies hold the key to our ability to ‘go with the flow’, by giving us access to the doors of our true creative nature, and our intuition.

There are many practical, body-centered skills and tools that can help us navigate life much more smoothly, but sadly, we were not taught these growing up.

I have learnt a few of them, and I am intensely passionate about sharing them with people who are willing to do what it takes to become conscious of their patterns, and are willing to open their minds and move through their blocks, to get to that state of flow and calm on the other side. There is no easy way, but there are simple tools. . .  and they involve your body and your True Creativity.

You have these tools available to you already. We all have bodies, and we are all creative. We were born creative but sometimes we just forget that, because someone once told us we couldn’t ‘draw well’ or ‘paint well’.

Does this resonate with you?
