What Do You Do When You Need to Change Direction?

What do you do when you need to change direction, or reconnect to your deep inner self, or get more into a state of flow, or need a break from your busy mind?

When life is getting me down, and I can’t find solutions to problems, or I feel stuck and confused, or anxious and fearful, I do four things:

I exercise,

I sleep,

I receive bodywork,

and

I get quiet and do something creative.

I always turn to Intuitive Creativity to solve a problem and to release tension inside me.
